| Why did the price of receiving returns increase so much? It seems extreme. | |||
| After a review of our services, we identified that receiving returns is one area that requires more resources from our company than we bill. Rather than completely removing the service from our offerings, we chose to increase the fees to better offset our costs. Note: If we determine that the new fee does not adequately offset our costs, those fees will increase again during the year. | |||
| What if my returns need the original packaging to be replaced? | |||
| We will notify you. If you send us the new packaging, we can repackage for you. | |||
| When do you send my returns back to the fullfilment center? | |||
| You will have a worksheet and be able to identify the number of items that we have in inventory (per SKU). You can identify when you want your items sent to the fulfillment center. | |||
| What if I want you to quickly inspect my products when they arrive? | |||
| We can briefly inspect them and let you know if they appear damaged. We will need a picture of the product to compare the return to. If you want pictures sent to you, they are 1.00 per picture. | |||
| What are the fees related to packaging to ship a carton to the warehouse? | |||
| If we ship to the warehouse and we are not using the box that the product arrived in, you can provide us with a carton for shipping. There is no charge to use your box for carton shipping. There is no charge to use the box that the product arrived in for shipping. If we need to provide a box for shipping, we will need to charge you for the shipping box. Boxes are usually $2.00. | |||
